THE WEATHER
Well guys, I'm back to talking about snow. Yep, it's April and it's snowing. Thankfully it's not much, it's barely laying. But tomorrow we may see 1-3 inches.
We also had three straight days of rain this week. The waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park are raging right now.
But the precipitation and cold won't last long! I'm seeing 60s in next week's forecast...and maybe even some days of sunshine along with those warm temperatures!
THIS JUST IN
Docks are going in! As of April 1st, docks are allowed to go back in the water. A little birdie told me Pergin Farm is on the docket for today. Bill's Marine North, Lake Life Boat Rentals, the Silver Tree Marine ramp and Aquatic Center all had dock action this week too.
We haven't tried the new Fox's Pizza Den at the lake yet! Did you know they deliver? Yep, only place in all of Deep Creek + Garrett County that will deliver.
Deep Creek Lake Art, Wine & Beer Festival tickets are now on sale! Mark your calendar for September 6-7.

Based on this weekend's weather forecast of 30 degrees + a chance of snow on Saturday and then a little warmer on Sunday without rain or snow, maybe, I don't have anything too earth-shattering to recommend except the events listed below and treating yourself to some coffee and food (scroll down to the restaurant list).
