SNOW IS COMING! We were put into a winter storm watch just this morning. I'm seeing talks of 4-6, maybe even 8 inches Friday night into Saturday morning!
20s and chilly for Saturday, 30s and sun for Sunday and Monday, then next week continues with more sun and 40s. Hard to tell how long the snow will last...

There's a brewery coming to Accident! Bar-B-Qed Beast has confirmed with me that they're working on opening a brewery this spring! They're going to keep me updated as they make progress.
The Root Cafe in Friendsville is now offering pizza on Fridays from 3 to 7pm!

Skiing, boarding and snow tubing at Wisp Resort - get your tickets now, it's Presidents' Day Weekend and there will be lots of people here!
Just over the county border - Western Maryland Scenic Railroad! I talked with Brett in marketing about how I might help them get the word out about their unique train experiences...mystery dinner rides, the ice cream train, the spring fling express...they've got a lot to offer! Depending on where you are in Deep Creek + Garrett County, MD, it would be a 20-60 minute drive to the Cumberland train station.
